| Pete Abbate (President)
A sophomore student majoring in Economics, Pete has long harbored an interest in international relations. He has been involved in Model UN for four years at both the high school and collegiate level. In addition to being involved with Model UN, Pete is a George Mason University Scholar and a brother of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity on campus. Outside of school, Pete is a fanatic Pittsburgh Penguins fan.

| Nicole Kukuruda (Vice President)
A senior student majoring in Government and International Politics, Nicole loves to debate the finer parts of Russian domestic policy, especially in regards to the democratization of the former communist states. She has been doing Model UN since her freshman year of college, quickly getting very involved in the organization; this is no small feat, given her other duties as a member of Student Government and College Republican. Outside of school, she is a OneVoice movement youth leader and a Juvenile Diabetes advocate.

| Paula Hill (Secretary)
Paula is a sophomore student majoring in Government and International Politics, in addition to being an activist for international issues. She has been involved in Model UN since her sophomore year in high school. Outside of school Paula enjoy spending time with friends, and playing soccer.

| Tarren Smarr (Treasurer)
Tarren is a graduate student in Justice, Law, and Crime Policy Program, and loves to debate international politics. She began Model UN last year, and quickly became actively involved in the club. Tarren also spends her time working at the Boys and Girls club, and volunteering with her brothers of Alpha Phi Omega.

| Ravi Udeshi (Secretary-General)
A junior student majoring in Government and International Politics, Ravi loves to debate international policy issues, especially those pertaining to intellectual property and media law. He has been doing Model UN since his sophomore year of high school and is the chair of the Student Services committee of the 29th Student Senate. Outside of school, he enjoys learning about and traveling the world, staying abreast of current technology issues, and playing fantasy football.

| Jillian Ferron (Director-General)
A freshman student majoring in Government and International Politics, Jillian is very involved in domestic politics and even currently works for a Congressman. Despite this being her first year of Model UN, she is very excited about helping with MASUN and attending every conference we go to to this year.

| Wilberg Rivera (Undersecretary-General, Delegate and Sponsor Services)
Wilberg is a freshman majoring in Government and International Politics. He has been actively involved in Model UN since high school and is convinced that it is THE extracurricular activity of champions! Besides cherishing his role as a MUN champion, he is also involved with College Democrats, Amnesty International, and volunteers for the USHMM in D.C. In the future, he hopes to join the U.S Foreign Service after studying International Development at the graduate level.

| Lynn Gold (Undersecretary-General, Conference Services)
Lynn is a freshman hailing from the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia.. She is a double major in Government and International Politics & Conflict Analysis and Resolution. In addition to MUN, Lynn is involved with Hillel, the Broadside Newspaper, Program Board, and Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. After college, she hopes to work in international law for either the United Nations or the State Department.

Faculty Advisor
Dr. Sonja L. Taylor
Dr. Sonja L. Taylor is the United Nations Projects Coordinator and an adjunct professor for George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, where she teaches undergraduate classes on International Politics and American Government.
She is the faculty advisor for the Model United Nations club and class. Dr. Taylor created several alliances with international organizations including, hosting a class on global issues with diplomats from the UN and the first ever UN Volunteers and university partnership.
