I just want to buy a simple 4 door vehicle with good gas mileage. Now I have to decide do I want a regular car or hybrid. The hybrids are more expensive and I am not sure if the cost is worth it especially since gas has come down about $2.00 per gallon from its peak in July. Do I pick from Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Chevy, Ford, Kia, Hyundai, Mazda etc?
Aren’t they all just built the same? This is not the 1980’s when the American car companies were very lax about the quality of the cars and of course it is not coming to bite them in the butt. I believe that I can say with confidence that all cars within the same car class are created equal. So what do I do?
I even went to 104cars.com which is a very useful tool for locating car dealers in my local neighborhood. The cool thing about the site is that it already knows what city I live in and does a search based on that. Since I like to buy local that made it very helpful. It helped me limit my search to those car dealers that were within 5 miles from my home (I hate driving long distances). It still created a lot of choices for me but I was able to narrow my search to only 4 from the 20 or so options that are out there.
I am still trying to figure out what care is best for me but at least with the help of 104cars.com which is part of 104inc.com I was able to save some time and hassle.
Thank you to whoever that created that website.
